My first experience having kangaroo. The raw meet itself smells horrible like rotten eggs, but after you marinate it and cook it, it tastes exactly like roast beef... definitely good meat!!
Ah ha ha ha! That is a great pic! Oh boy, kangaroo?!?! I donno if I could ever eat a kangaroo!...then again I've eaten rabbit before, so I guess it's not that bad! Did u try some, Britt?!
